The NPS1018 is the latest from Black & Decker in their line of 18-volt tools that all operate off of the same 18-volt battery platform. Other 18-volt tools include, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, sweeper, pole saw, and pole hedge trimmer. The powerful 18-volt motor provides more torque/power to get the job done. The NPS1018 can be used in a number of cleaning applications around the home. It can be used to clean/scrub cars, trucks, SUVs, RV's, boats, exterior house siding, windows, decks, garage, tile, and masonry floors. The motor head pivots and locks into position for all these different applications and can be fully submersed in water. The is useful in dunking the head into the cleaning bucket and in cleaning below the water line for boats and personal water crafts. The 18-volt NiCad battery pack provides up to 75 minutes of actual scrubbing time. Two 36-inch extensions can be inserted for reaching up to 14-feet. This scrubber is the greatest invention since the wheel! I've cleaned dozens of items around the house (except the dog) with the power scrubber. Cleaning the shower stall took 15 minutes, a job that used to take over an hour with a hand scrubber, bucket, rags etc. I cleaned all my lawn furniture, chairs, chaise lounge , tables and tiled terrace floor in less than 35 minutes, a job that used to take me about 2 hours. I've cleaned my tiled kitchen floor, I've used it dry to clean the screens on my doors. There's no need to press down when using the scrubber, you don't need elbow grease at all, the rotating brush will take care of the dirt and grime. No more bending from the waist cleaning the bottom of your car doors, let the scrubber do that for you. Cleaning pool tiles, a snap. Would I recommend it......you bet!!!!!
